Update on Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Proceedings

As you can see from our updated homepage, MAXjet is back in the air! At this time MAXjet continues to operate under Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection through our new charter service. 

The Bankruptcy Court approved a Sale of MAXjet’s business assets to MAXjet Airways Acquisition Group, LLC, owned and operated by NCA Sports Group’s CEO, Kevin Clark.  MAXjet will continue to operate in this capacity through the Sale Closing, which we anticipate to occur in the near future.  After Closing, MAXjet’s Charter operations will continue under the new ownership. Please let us know if we can assist with your charter flight needs.

MAXjet Airways wishes to express our gratitude to all the loyal fliers who helped build our business over the past two years. To those of you impacted by the suspension of flights effective December 26, 2007, we again extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
